Upon confirmation, it will take up to 5 days to receive your order, depending on the delivery region.

Generally it will take 1-2 days for Kanto region and around 4 days for all other regions.

Please use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email to follow the progress of your order.

Please note that we share stock with our stores and it may be possible for an item to be sold out even if an order is accepted. In this situation we’ll inform you of the order cancelation via email.
